Our Solutions

COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL PLANNING

We are more than “investment-only” advisors. Rather than just focusing on one or two areas of your financial life, we address the entire picture and every moving part. By integrating investments and actuarial science, we implement strategies designed to improve outcomes, reduce risk, and provide more certainty.

INSURANCE SOLUTIONS

Protecting those you love and the life you have built is a cornerstone of wealth management. Your income-earning ability is one of your largest assets and should be protected in the event of premature death or disability. Our team will identify and recommend the appropriate insurance solutions for you and your family which may include disability insurance or long-term care insurance.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

We act as your fiduciary when managing investments across our various advisory programs. Our investment philosophy is built on a goals-based investment strategy, tailored to your financial plan and implemented through a low-cost, tax-efficient global asset allocation process.  We consider your various income streams to help ensure your plan will not only meet essential expenses but that you will have money left over to actually enjoy life. This strategy can help you feel confident about your future and ultimately encourages you to spend more, live more, and give more.

We provide a range of investment-related services, including:

  • Institutional money management
  • Lending solutions
  • Ongoing market and economic guidance and education
  • Transition management
  • Tax loss harvesting
  • Equity compensation plan analysis

Strategies designed to maximize assets and minimize costs and tax liability

No investment strategy can assure a profit and does not protect against loss in declining markets. All investments carry some level of risk, including loss of principal invested.

ESTATE AND MULTIGENERATIONAL PLANNING

Having a plan for your estate—your home, your wealth, your possessions—means you can leave the legacy you want, whether that's to help your family, a charity, or an institution. We help you coordinate with your attorneys, accountants, and tax professionals to do things like set up trusts, minimize taxes, and administrative costs that can protect the legacy you leave behind.

Affluent individuals and families often hope to leave a legacy of wealth for future generations. Our team will help you create a plan to pass on more of the wealth you’ve worked hard to build and preserve by strategically avoiding estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer (GST) taxes. We can design solutions that help mitigate the substantial family wealth depletion that occurs when assets transition across generations.

For Family Owned Businesses with a desire to have the business remain in the family or for large portfolios of relatively illiquid assets, Real Estate, Private Equity portfolios etc., we specialize in accumulating blocks of life insurance, strategically placed outside of one’s taxable estate, to enable the transfer of some or all of the assets down generations as desired by the family or partners.

LEGACY AND CHARITABLE STRATEGIES

Charitable planning allows you to support the philanthropic causes you’re passionate about while reducing your tax obligation. We will help you design a charitable giving plan that is aligned to your goals and values and leverages strategies such as donor advised funds, family foundations, and gifting appreciated assets.

BUSINESS PLANNING

We collaborate with business owners to help them solve their unique business planning needs, which include risk management strategies, qualified retirement plans, attracting, retaining and rewarding key employees, buy/sell and succession/exit planning. We also specialize in integrating their business and personal financial planning strategies.

CORPORATE BENEFITS AND EXECUTIVE COMP STRATEGIES

We help our executive clients maximize their employer-provided compensation benefits including restricted stock, stock options, qualified retirement plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Through our non-qualified structure, we are able to design plans that isolate top performing employees/executives to substantially enhance their individual compensation, which aids in their loyalty and long-term retention.

ADVISOR COORDINATION

Wealth management and financial planning requires a well-coordinated team. Being at the center of your financial journey allows us to collaborate with your CPA, attorney and other key professionals to help grow, manage, and protect what you’ve worked so hard to create.
